Oh, dear God, what have they done! (Status: Blue-silia nightmare)

A pox upon ye painter of Brasilia!  This was a Broyhill Brasilia desk.  Found on Craigslist.
"Broyhill Brasilia desk. Over 50 years old. marble knobs. painted blue now but can be changed. Excellent condition, $275.00."

    OMG...what on earth did they do with those wonderful pulls? And not even a tasteful shade of blue, at that!

      I can't believe they're asking $275 for it. I don't know if that's optimism, stupidity or the proverbial brass pair.
