Legs through the art (Status: The perils of loading the van for Michigan modernism)

Not everything was skittles and beer at the Michigan Modernism 2013 exposition.
Yup, that's what happens when the cargo of chairs in the trailer shifts...
and the leg of a Brasilia chair punches through my Carlo painting...
then nearly punches through this painting I just bought.
Damn!  I wonder how much restoration costs.

    That's a damn shame! We've had damage caused by things shifting in the trailer too, and it always just makes you sick when you open the door and see what happened.
